Recognizing
the need for help and seeking professional therapy is a sign of both
strength and determination to live a productive and meaningful life. We
all have experiences and relationships that challenge our abilities,
and it benefits us to talk with others about how to make changes and
see things differently.
Therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist. I look for the strengths that are inherent in each of us and seek to assist my clients in working towards meeting their goals in a supportive and affirming environment. Just as each person's experiences and needs are unique, I work to tailor my services to each individual and help him or her find the factors which may be impacting their current situation and aid in the development of skills that will allow them to move into a space of healing and growth.
